Here’s to making the most of life in the Springs!

I hope everyone stayed warm this week! The lowest temperature we had these week was -10 degrees!
The coldest day ever recorded in Colorado Springs was in 1951 at -26 degrees! Wow!

Did you know?
Did you know that Colorado Springs has and elevation of about 6,035 feet above sea level! Imagine standing on top of a giant, breathtaking stairway to the sky—that’s kind of what Colorado Springs feels like. This city is like a natural vantage point where the world unfolds beneath you. It’s high enough to give you jaw-dropping mountain views every day, but not so high that it feels out of reach. From here, you’re just a few miles away from some of the country’s most famous peaks, including Pikes Peak, which rises to over 14,000 feet!

At this elevation, the air is thinner, which means the sun hits harder and the sky seems bluer. The weather can change in the blink of an eye, and the sunsets? Unforgettable. It's a place where you can literally feel like you're standing at the edge of the world—without leaving the comfort of your own backyard. Being in Colorado Springs is like living in the foothills of adventure, every single day.
